This sounds like a great summer cocktail, courtesy of bartender and Beverage Program Director, Patrick Morang, over at David's Monument Square- "The Lily Pad." Mix Spanish Cava with a touch of raw sugar, white peach aged balsamic vinegar and top with cinnamon basil.
