It is
a fact that well over 90% of today's home buyers now start their home search on
the Internet. Statistically, when prospective buyers view these homes you have
about 15 seconds to grab their attention as they “rifle through” the various
listings competing with your property. I have spent the past six years studying
real estate internet sales because I knew that, like it or not, it was going to
become the way of the future. Although the majority of real estate companies provide an excellent
program for syndicating listings out to
large real estate websites such as Relator.com, Trulia and Zillow, they only
provide the vehicle to get them there… Not
the content. The
content is left up to the individual agents. And while there are many
“excellent” real estate agents available today, there are very few who have
actually mastered the requirements of today’s Internet in such a way that a
listing will stand out among it’s competition and also provide a memorable
shopping experience for a prospective buyer. The days of just simply posting a few beautiful
photographs will no longer attract the majority of today’s buyer prospects.
In
January of this year I formed my own group at Keller Williams Realty and as of
April 15th,
2014 I have over 10 million dollars of listing
inventory. The Maine Real Estate Marketing Group is completely based upon providing the most
innovative shopping experience a prospective home buyer can possibly find on
the Internet, both nationally and locally. They will not only spend time
viewing the vast amount of property information that I provide up-front, but
they will also view many other important aspects that are generally left out of
a listing.
Please consider investing an hour of your time to interview an agent that takes a very different approach to real estate marketing... Chad Latham (207) 467-5127
