When I reflect back to my childhood I realized that I actually did not like to cook as a kid. After all, why would I bother when I had a mother that was well known as one of the best cooks around! However, she insisted that both of her boys learn how to cook - always maintaining that someday we would be very grateful. While most things that I cook still do not taste quite like hers, I can cook a good crowd pleasing meal (which I am very grateful for). But my brother Aaron should have his own cooking show! Here is a fool proof, extremely easy, crowd pleasing pie recipe (and I do mean easy).
